The building facilities were excellent and clean. the hotel staff members were incredibly nice and always willing to help guests. the hotel had a nice garden that I enjoyed and it was great to relax in.

The hotel didn't meet some of my expectations, as it wasn't easy to communicate in English. my room was not as described - I requested a garden view and instead, I was looking straight into someone else's room.

The "garden view" room didn't offer a view at all, as the windows had to be covered completely.

The housekeeping team did an excellent job, as the hotel was spotlessly clean. We also appreciated the variety of amenities provided in our room, such as the air conditioning, mini-bar, and ironing facilities.

My xmas stay at this hotel was great! The staff was really nice and focused on making guests happy. They even went out of their way to meet special requests. The hotel also had a nice garden, which I hope they expand and add more seating areas. The location was key too, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.
